All perishable products will ship in an insulated box with plenty of cold packs to keep your product safe and cool throughout its journey to you!

We ensure that all orders arrive within 1-2 days from the time they are shipped. Any delays by the shipping courier are out of our control! Should your order be delayed beyond 2 days from the time of shipping, please reach out to us so we can file a claim and if needed, send a replacement order to you.

Perishable items are final sale and not returnable. For any quality concerns, please reach out to wholesale@nordiccatch.com.

All non-perishable items will ship according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Items damaged in transit will be credited or replaced.
